considering sayori made this character after herself, i'm curious to know how she looks IRL....
besides, this is one of the rare few pics of bondage i actually like for some reason. would love to thank her in person for this image if it was possible

The original source has been deleted (as have been most of the Pixiv image sources from that era for whatever reason...), but from the archives I can glean that the Pixiv username of the original poster was "sayorichan." Sorry, that's the best hard evidence I could dig up myeslf.
That being said, if it isn't drawn by Sayori, the artist is damn good at perfectly cloning Sayori's 2010-era art style.
On the off chance you are referring not to the part where it's drawn by Sayori, but rather that this character is supposed to be Sayori: this is the definite appearance of Sayori's self-insert character. Take your pick for evidence of that one.
