There is no such thing as perfect. If something were to become perfect, it would instantaneously be both perfect and imperfect at the same time, a la Schroedinger. Because nothing in nature is meant to be perfect, the absence of a flaw becomes, in and of itself, a flaw. In this way, nothing can be perfect.
I do agree, however, that this image is wonderful - the artist does wonderful work. However, nothing is perfect. There is a slight displacement of the skeletal structure visible in her right (our left) hip.

While technically not true of everything, anon 2 is actually correct on the subject of humans. Perfection in humans is a bit unnerving, not to mention that each persons' perspective of perfect is different. What some might consider a flaw (like purple eyes), others might consider to be beautiful (everyone who likes this pic and actually look at her face).
