Shemale is a SUBSET of futa.

There are three kinds: Girls with a dick, vagina and NO balls; girls with a dick, vagina AND balls (hermaphrodite); girls with a dick, NO vagina and balls (shemale/newhalf).

Also, futanari actually means a mixture of male and female (hermaphrodite), so cuntboys count as futa too.
