No, the drawer is an inanimate wooden box that's probably full of undergarments, so it can't think or know anything. I think the artist knows she's a woman though, so it's all good.

I dunno bout you but I can tell that it's a woman. Miralda was not very well endowed to begin with and I think the artist caught the feeling of her insanity very well.
