Sooo... would creepy cos-play photographer be considered cos-play? Follow me for a moment. They always seem to be wearing some king of long, dark trench-coat, the kind that can easily conceal a camera or chloroform & ether on a rag. They have the grungy looking clothes underneath. They have the minimal amount of skin showing. It's almost like they have their own costume.
