In the Manga there is A LOT of drawings of her with BOOBS, I dont think you can accidentally Draw Boobs that often, I think He is a she and became a he here due to a translation promblem.

Theres also panels that really cut the female argument (when it leaps towards the king after the dragon attack). So yeh... I've just kinda given up on trying to figure out Pitou's gender, especially now that it wont ever be proven
