Definitely Tiger Rage. Tiger Rage has three hits. Heavy Tiger Blade only has two if I recall correctly.

Actually this doesn't quite look like tiger rage it does have an extra strike but tiger rage has Lloyd deal 4 hits not just 3 the middle of the attack has him swing both blades in a kind of cross slash motion before slamming them back down if anything this is meant to resemble tiger blade as it's used in other games where there's usually a third strike with a kick
