Not all Pokemon are cute and cuddly. In the 151 originals Pokemon, the cute and coddly type was not even a majority. Every Pokemon introduced in generation II and onwards are just scorched plastic dolls (even if some are "cute and cuddly") that lacks originality not worthy to being called "Pokemon" to me.

As I grew up with both the original Pokemon and Digimon, that pic is just awesome to me.

You misread me. Pokemon has always been cute and cuddly and generic when it comes to the story. What I am saying is, Digimon's serious and original plot vs. pokemon's child-oriented repetitive plot, is a contradiction onto itself.

Pokemon Daimond and Pearl Restored the series honestly..hell,it went above and beyond! During the Galactic battle arc, they feature character deaths! Hunter J and her team die in a crash/underwater explosion and then an episode later Cyrus,the galactic leader, idiotically walks up into the gravity of his NEW universe being sucked into it purposely as its disapearing from existance...seriously...the guy walked into a dying universe on purpose?wtf?

I see a Pocket Digital Monster ? A Pokedigimon ! Now all we need is a story with a "fuse" of universes, like a warp rift for the worlds of Pokemon and Digimon be connected. I see an effect of the Digimons on Pokemons, that alter DNA and make both of them stronger, after that just go fight and kill ZEROMUS.
