I believe that Zoroark will have a high male ratio as well. That is IF it follows in its predecessor's footsteps and becomes a normal Pokemon. However, the surprise on Ash's face in the movie as he sees Zoroark for the first time indicates that it's rare and possibly legendary. With most legendaries being genderless, I think there's still hope for Zoroark. And for those who don't know, both Zoroark and Lucario made an appearance in a movie before the rest of their generations came out in games or in the anime. That's what I meant by predecessor.
