I'd like to think the story here is that the Mika bar factory is full of clones, each of which has once been the factory tour guide. The tour guide gives each tour knowing that once their turn is up as the guide they'll spend the rest of their lives strapped into a milking machine, being milked and fucked into oblivion 24/7.
