What? Have you seen Little Eugen at all last month or whenever the event was? She's not chibi at all. This may be somewhat chibi, but that's just the choice of style. She kinda looks like a meowfficer too.

Turned. TURNED. As in, at one point in time it did turn anti-lolicon for the holier-than-thou bucks.
Bache was before that.
Little Eugen is a walking joke for the many Eugen fans who wanted a daughteru, and the game doesn't have any sexualized lolis anymore. It's called Anti-loli Lane among lolicons for a reason.
