I've actually seen a few others. And yes, everyone always forgets Jessie, but Cloud x Jessie is awesome. It's a shame. Internet needs moar!

.....I demand a back story for the 3 AVALANCHE members who were upsettingly lost in the prologue of Final Fantasy VII before even becoming main characters.
Then after that, I demand they return in a new story arc with Genesis and Weiss where we find out Hojo had kept the members of AVALANCHE alive on a machine and turned them into a new experiment, that Cloud and the rest of the gang must, as sickening as it may be, now destroy.
I'm tearing up just thinking about how awful it would be. But you have to admit, it's very possible and would make a great new story arc.
