You gotta make it to her head, climb up to where you can stab her in the back, jump towards her left hand when it closes in on you and hang on for dear life, climb up her upper left arm and stab it, then jump on her right hand (hang on again) as it closes in on you and stab it, then shoot her on the left shoulder, ascend from her shoulder onto her head and stab away. Be careful she will try to shake you off of her.
