Nice movement effect...
They should put this on a pokemon card for pokemon heartgold and soulsilver Tga, and.... they should lable it as level X!!!

I also think they should put a cresant moon in the background. They should also change the background color into a lighter blue. That would totally make it stand out on a pokemon card.
