lol, nice typo... Keine means "no one" in german... so the context is saying: no one is a futa :D ... anyways... there are lots of discution about if Kainé is or isn't a hemaphrodite. And to be honest i don't bother. I like her (nearly love her) eitherway as the person she is.

Before she died a different shade posesed her and healed her because he wanted her body, and she wanted the power to revenge her grandmother. She fights the shade for controle. There, now we know the trouth, and i played this yesterday and read all this in game.
