They actually do. Sexualization plays a very important role in pretty much every aspect of Japanese Media. For example, have you ever watched Moetan? It's basically Dora the Explorer with Tentacle Rape.

Are you actually, like, the most stupid person on earth? Yes, of course Eyecandy's being thrown in, but don't say sexualisation is important in promoting japanese media...it's playing almost no role, if you compare it to the western world, especially movies and series...
