Some censoring is effective, inasmuch as it prevents me from seeing whatever it is the censor doesn't like. Some censoring is ineffective, because it does not. In some ways I find the latter type, of which this picture is an excellent example, more annoying. I mean, somebody went to the trouble to fuck up my view of that lady's pussy (no pun intended) and they couldn't even get it right! The shape and depth of it are perfectly visible.

There should be separate tags for effective and ineffective censoring.
