When artist don't show a person's entire body in a picture, it's generally because they intend to leave it up to the viewer to decide who it is.

For one person, maybe it is Sasuke, whele, for another, it may be Naruto.

Hell, if you wanted, the guy could even be Ichigo (from bleach) or Kallen (from Code Geass).

The point being theres no sense in arguing over this, because theres literally no way to tell who the hell managed to screw all the girls in this pic based on a small piece of that guy's/futa's anatomy.
