@Anon1 : Japanese laws actually oblige the porn artists to censor their work, but "how" to censor it, and "to what extent", is not mentioned. So, to be sure being legal, Japanese porn artists often just add a little bar. How to censor without censoring a lot. But it's sad for the whole image, of course.
