"Arkham, a city covered in fog, where magic leaks through the seams into reality. At night, when the Witching Hours comes, the doors to the Golden Land, realm of Witches, open wide, letting the Fantastic meet the Mysterious.
"Battler and Ange Ushiromiya are the heirs of their clan, sole survivors of an incident 7 years ago where most of the family and servants mysteriously vanished.
"After 7 years, the siblings begin their investigation, navigating the streets of Arkham to discover what happened in their childhood they barely remember.
"But in the city where fog and fairy tales roll in from the sea, does such a thing as truth exist under the extravagance of magic?"
Battler - Ushiromiya Clan Head. An amateur Detective, he avoids using sorcery himself as much as possible.
Beatrice - Ushiromiya Clan patron witch. As clan head, Battler must negotiate with her daily. She has little interest in answering questions about the Incident, claiming it has no significance on the present.
Ange - High school student. She investigates the cause of the Incident by using magic, a source of contention from her brother.
Erika - A detective who entertains herself with being smarter than others. Has an ongoing rivalry with both siblings.
Juuza - The Ushiromiyas' sole servant hired in the last 7 years. Bodyguards and does errands.
