The sad thing is that it's true. Some people are just way too stupid.
That being said, it's pretty likely that RE5 will get a remake soon. Rumors are that they're making RE1 remake and an RE5 remake.

Origins. Assassin's Creed Origins was set in Africa, Egypt specifically.
Real historical figures in Assassin's Creed isn't new, and neither are dual protagonists. This is just the first time the historical figure is a playable main character. Naoe is fictional and Japanese if people are so concerned about it.
The bigger issue is a single player game seems to require an internet connection to play.
