Huh, surprised they backed down. Glad the backlash was worth something.

CERO has nothing to do with the censorship? Japanese developers often end up censoring stuff because of CERO.

I don't know how it works necessarily but I feel since Sony is largely responsible for the censorship, they also would have to power to give SHIFT UP the okay to release an uncensored update.

But yes, it's unlikely.

Some costumes with cleavage had a lace bra added in, and some bare legs have been replaced with leggings/stockings.

But it's only a few of the costumes. The rest are uncensored and still show cleavage and bare legs, funnily enough.
