No, Anon 3 has a point. If she was a virgin, as the picture seems to suggest, then she wasn't sexually active and probably didn't think she needed birth control yet. Unless she was planning to become sexually active soon, she wouldn't be on birth control. That said, I'd find it kind of disturbing if she got preggers by that guy...

It's actually fairly common nowdays for girls to be on the pill even when they aren't sexually active since it reduces, and in some cases nearly eliminates, the symptoms of a period.
