The artists censors the pictures themselves. Apparently it is/was the law in Japan for sumo unfathomable reason. I heard it was lifted, though.

Botato, "they" are not telling "you" what you can and can't look at, they are telling their own people. You don't like another countries rules about art, dont look at that countries art. If you were a big boy, you would understand that. Or perhaps you would un-censor it yourself and re-post it for everyone, insted of pointlessly bitching about it.
