Dudes, like, check the picture again.
This is the game version. This isn't the manga version. You can tell from the clothes they wear (IDK where Green/Gary/Gen 1 Rival got his clothes, I don't remember him wearing those clothes in any game).

Ruby & Sapphire are wearing the Emerald Version colours.
Ruby should be wearing RED even with the Emerald Version clothes.
Sapphire should be wearing BLUE even with the Emerald Version clothes.
Soul hasn't appeared in the manga yet.
Gold's clothes in the manga aren't like that.

And here's the obvious thing: THEIR EYE COLOR.
Platinum- light grey-ish. Ruby - red. Gold - yellow-ish/gold eyes. Sapphire - blue. Diamond - light blue. Soul - I have no idea. Red - (duh) red. Green - green.

Sapphire also doesn't support her signature fangs. <-no matter what smile, what expression is on her mouth, her fangs will show.

A Flaireon is a Flareon that dresses very smartly and with style. An Unbreon is a hacked Umbreon that's fighting and bug with psychic type moves.
