I saw the comment about the three-peckered billy goat and immediately thought this: "If a young lady of a somewhat tall height with an approximate breast size of E, has 3 penises, each of decently long width and somewhat large girth, urinates a total of 1 pint, each penis releasing 2 tablespoons of urine per second, and her bladder was only 1/8 full before she started urinating, how large is her bladder in fluid ounces? (Use the picture as reference)" (I didn't literally think this question, I actually spent like half an hour trying to determine a reasonable question to ask but this next part came to mind.) Can you imagine getting a question like this (with picture included) in a quiz in like High School? What would someone's reaction be to seeing something like this in a test or something like that in High School?
