I'd add a note or somesuch explaining this, but it'd be rather distracting. I'll just say it here.
Broly has a quote in which he's called something and corrects them by telling them he's a demon. This is an image parodying that.
"Girl in the shadows" could easily be read as "shadow girl", but I went with the translation that's closer to the song that the lyric is from (ラクト・ガール/Locked Girl by COOL&CREATE).
"俺は悪魔だ" translates into "I am a demon", "demon" being "akuma" in this case. Koakuma's name means "little demon", which is why she's in the image as well.
It's all a very obscure parody and doesn't make much sense, but I guess if you've got to draw Touhou parody art of DBZ, this is the way to go about doing it.
