Coalition, most tentacle beasts have restraints built into their own insides to prevent their captives from moving. After the initial impregnation, the woman's arms and legs are immobilized, and a feeding tentacle and a waste disposal tentacle enter her mouth and anus (usually the front isn't a problem) for the duration of her stay (at least 9 months to give birth).
If she is of poor quality, she is then released a day later. If she produces good offspring, however, she is kept restrained. She will then be re-impregnated and used over and over again through her lifespan. If the tentacle beast takes a liking to her, it will probably continue to pleasure her during this time. She will not be released as long as she continues to produce viable offspring. Due to the special properties of tentacle monster feeding fluid, she will not externally age at all; and will often spend centuries producing offspring for the tentacle beast.
Since afterwards the subject is usually unfit to return to human society, usually the tentacle beast will switch her from the original feeding fluid to a different one that continues to provide nourishment, but doesn't halt aging. Then, she will live out her normal lifespan inside the tentacle beast, no longer producing offspring but still being pleasured. After death, her body is digested for nutrients.
