To me its just lame because it seems they need her to be with him just to 'prove' he's not gay for his brother. And if not that then, it's because they grew up together, and you know what they say about kids that grow up together...all they wanna do is fuck each other.

I don't understand why anyone would complain about Jin and Tsubaki being together, and he's mostly pair with Noel who he hate's very much. It is out in the opened that he's got a brother complex, but I think it's nice to see him paired with Tsubaki because she the only girl he seems to care for.
However I am a JinxRagna fan at heart.
