If anything, Female Sanji would probably be more referred to as "Sanjiko".

Also, Sanji wouldn't look better as a woman per se... But sanji looks hot as a woman in this particular style.

Because thats the way all female version of Charakters are called.. from Japanes or from Japanese-Anime-Fans, no Idea..
Al names end with a -ko, and "whoops" chars are female~
