Actually, the fan is a good way to torture her. She'll go crazy with the feel of the air blowing hard against her skin. Remember, she has no sense of sight or hearing right now, so her sense of touch is even more sensitive. The heat is probably why so much of her skin has been left uncovered, anyway.
