I'm bothered by this. I originally thought this was a gender swapped/ gender bent image, but it's not. This bears little to no resemblance of at least Crocodile, and I am still perplexed by how somebody conceived this ever happening. They are not even friends, and they are at opposite ends of the spectrum. They meet at one point, but it's obvious that they bear no personal affiliation. Maybe Doflamingo has something, but I even doubt that.
