Historically, Kaga is the second ship of her class, Being Tosa the older sister of Kaga- The same for Amagi ith Akagi. Amagi is behaving as what she is, an older sister. And there is a lot of game involving shipgirls, like azur lane or Kantai, put theyre obviusly put in the dark by the two bigger franchises.
