Intressting respond, but i really don't understand why. I see nice picture with Ky which have Sol headband and... hmm, maybe i am blind, but i don't see anything wrong on this picture.

The headband is Sol's Limiter. It keeps his Gear power restrained.

Basically, it being off means he's at full-power and likely ready to get the blood flowing.

Well... his powers are limited by him, so if he does not have headband he can still control his self (Overture: Sol dragon version).
