I think the blonde girl has been mistaken for a genderswap of the Prince of Samantoria/Sumaltria/Cannock/Whatever-they're-calling-it-these-days, but it is actually his lesser-known younger sister who was just an NPC in the game. Thus, there is no actual genderswapping here.
