Both Holya and Yusuke seem to forget a very important thing about Red...
He doesn't even SPEAK.
He's just THERE. Standing in a dark cave, a blizzard surrounding him, absolutely no food, a lot of snow, alone, freezing his motherfucking ass off, with no human contact apart of those poor bitches who dare challeging him, snow reaching his shoulders, AND DID I MENTION HE'S PRACTICALLY SINKING IN A FUCKTON OF SNOW? Well, HE IS. HE IS INSIDE A BLOCK OF ICE, AND IT'S STILL EPIC.
And you know what else? He doesn't care. He just waits. Waits for the almighty trainer who shall equal his strenght and surpass him.
No Hot and Cold, just Red.
There is no Time or Space, just RED.

Yusuke and Tama you both make very good points but you both forgot something very important . Red is the embodiment of all the legendary pokemon and Mewtwo he is all powerful . He does not need food not rest like you said Tama he waits for the day someone shall give him a challenge and if you leave the cave alive he is letting you because you bored him to sleep.
