Works fine on Win7(currently playing it, again, on said OS), anon1 probably tried to install it without switching to jp locale(or without applocale).

I'll echo the comments on this being a great game. H bits were obviously fabulous, but I even teared up at the end.

For those trying to run this on Windows 7, if all else fails, open a song on Windows Media Player and pause it. It will work.

I'll echo the great game comments as well, this game is a real tearjerker. I love you Mikan!
