As hard as it may be to believe, that penis is photoshopped. It's just a really good photoshop.

Allow me to explain why I say so:
Note the difference in the color and thickness of the lines connecting leg to crotch from the other lines in close proximity. Also, the shading style of the pubic hair and penis is different from everything else in the pic.

I respect this photoshopper. It is extremely difficult to make it match so closely.

I didn't make any claim about it looking good. I said it was well photoshopped, as in it could easily trick you into thinking it was the original.

Yes with a penis. But since it's just a drawn picture I don't care about her non-existend past as a man.
I don't even care if it's just an alternate version of the original artist, or an unauthorized shoop.
