Fanfiction has addressed both. Spontaneous abortion if he CAN change back, otherwise locked into cursed form for Anon4, there was one story that did anon5's take, and it turns out (in that story) that the girl that he turns into is not actually just him if he were a girl, but some ghost or something.

And I have now officially admitted to reading way to many ranma fanfictions.
