Well damn, since we're getting so technical, the designs from both games are noticably different. You could argue a different make and modification since it's "technically" not the same weapon due to the inconsistent look. That weapon could "technically" be from Halo 3 onward. All in the spirit of technicalities.

The M6 sub machine gun firing the 6 mm caseless ammunition at what i would say is 900-1000 rpm. this looks like the one from halo 3.
