"en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1999_F-117A_shootdown" is the incident you're looking for with the F-117.
I'm pretty sure this is a MiG-31, the MiG-25 has a more elongated nose. (Though since the MiG-31 was developed from the MiG-25 the visual differences are small enough that they might not come out in a drawing.) And since the introduction of the MiG-31 is what made them stop using the SR-71 over the Soviet Union...

Wrong guess, it's a MiG-25. Tell-tale trait is the anti-flutter weights on the main wings; MiG-31 didn't have those.
Also too, MiG-31 was designed for low level targets (look-down, shoot-down), so unlikely they used it against the SR-71. The radar wasn't setup for that. The MiG-25....the old, short-ranged, gas-guzzling hulk that it was...was better for chasing the Blackbird.
