I don't watch Hetalia, but after reading the comments, I get that the blonde male that is all lovey-dovey with Rin toward the middle is named Poland.

I think I got the story of this thing!

Poland is dating the brown haired one. (Can't tell if they're a boy or a girl, and don't know their name....) The brunette does a lot of house work, and Poland doesn't like it, so he runs off. Rin was fighting with Len, or maybe playing a game, and ran into Poland. They end up getting all lovey-dovey and all. Then Len sees it and gets jealous, and goes to attack Poland. Poland sends magical heart ponies at Len, and Rin runs over to see if her brother was hurt or not. Her comfort for Len reminded Poland of maybe how he and the brunette from before met? So he says sorry and helps aid Len, then Len and Rin run off back home, Poland going back to the brunette, learning to spend time with the brunette by helping with the house work.

But I could be sooooo off. I believe I got the jist of it, though.
I mainly posted for the people who might no get it.
I love the whole comic, though. So cute. <3
