She does not hate her, their relationship is not so simple and cheap as "That bitch stole my precious older brother. I hate her. Period".
Although there are both the complications of Azaka being very prideful and, of course, the main source of flame - the love triangle with Mikiya, other than that, she actually pretty much likes Ryougi(I mean as a friend, not in romantic way), and as for Ryougi, she never had any problem with Azaka to begin with.

I think Boukyaku Rokuon has made all that pretty clear...
