actually, kisara was his girlfriend in his previous life, if she didn't turn into the blue eyes white dragon monster,she would have probally been reincarnated just like seto, yugi, bakura, shadi, and isis. but sadly, no, she had to stay in card format. only to be used one liftime after every few centuries or milinium, cause if you think about it, seto was reincarnated 5000 years or 3000 years (depends on which version of the mang you read japanese or english) into the future. but blue eyes white dragon still lived through out those years until used again by seto kaiba. same thing with yugi. so whats next in the yugioh story line, in the next series of yugi its going to be a more futuristic version of yu-gi-oh but this time 10,000 years after the battle in ancient egypt where the original cast were reincarnated yet again, but this time the millenium items has been remade and they have to o through all that shit again.

Actually, Kaiba/Set never had a girlfriend. Yes, he helped Kisaru but they never were in a relationship. They probably would have hooked up if she wasn't Blue Eyes, lol.
This is probably Seto before he has a mental breakdown and becomes Kaibaman, lol. It would explain a lot.
