There are ALOT of mechs from Battletech that have no arms (Cicada, Raven, Urbanmech, piranha to name a few) However this strikes me much more as something from the Robotech/Macross, and im not even convinced its from ANY of those mech universes. Closest I'll give it is the Locust, that said im on the opinion its none of these.
