Her arms and legs are not being dissolved, they are being devoured/held in place by some kind of monster. It's a common theme, especially in vore stuff.

Anon 4, Anon 3 is right. This originally comes from AGEHA EXTRAVAGANZA and if you look at the original game cg you'll see the thing cover a limb, the limb turns red then it gets censored.
