No no I see it. That anatomy is too high. You'd never see anyone's vagina be either that long or that far back, making the butthole higher up almost at the tailbone.

Exactly. If you imagine her sitting on a toilet, her pose would be much the same, but she would be shitting all over herself and the lid of the toilet. Plus, what must the front of her body look like? I imagine an extremely long, flat area of belly which extends down to between her thighs. Very odd.
