this is, quite possibly, one of the lowest quality attempts i think i've ever seen of someone trying to make an animation out of a single frame
i imagine that's because whomever makes similar quality edits realize they haven't done a good job.
i almost feel like this shouldn't be hosted on the site *specifically* because of how low effort this looks
