Non Legendaries with higher stats then Arcanine
{Dragonite, Garchomp, Salamence, Tyranitar, Metagross}
All of them are 45 points higher then him and more rare. Their called Pseudo-legendary and are the nearest thing to legendary while Arcanine is just normal.

Arcanine was considered a legendary from very early on in the series back when Ash first learned about Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno from a tablet, Arcanine was the 4th on that tablet.
I don`t know why but that`s just it. and you`d think Lucario was on this pic i mean his legend status is more awesome then any other semi-leggy`s
