Looks to me like the following is written down. (reading image from right-to-left, tekst written down from left-to-right)

Panel 1: "!?"
Panel 2: "なつ 何二れつ"
Panel 3: "----つ!"
Panel 4: "あシ あつ" "あなつ" "いいいいつ あつ あつ"
Panel 5: "あはつ ♥" "あつ ♥"

I have some problems finding the tiny symbols in either Kanji, Katakana or Hiragana. If anyone could help me with this, I would appreciate it.

Addendum, cause I clicked before I was done proofreading;

I substituted つ (tsu) for the small symbols in panels 4 & 5.
